well. Viewed through the artful making lens, this is a problem,
not of the damage done by time pressures or interruptions, but
of an inability to return wandering attention. A principle of
honoring limitations, acknowledging distractions, and return-
ing to focus can work in an organizational unit as well as in a
theatre ensemble, as we shall see from an example.
