It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Looking around my bedroom right now, I can see several devices that can connect to wireless networks: mobile phone, laptop, tablet, fitness watch, games console, and television. It seems each month some hitherto non-smart device develops wireless connectivity.
