I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
FQDN
You have used an FQDN without realizing it every time you have put a URL into the address bar. Suppose I wanted to visit the website of this book's publisher. I would open up my browser, type https://www.packtpub.com into the address bar, and hit the Enter key. Everything I've entered after https:// in this particular example forms the FQDN. Here, the FQDN is www.packtpub.com. Just for clarification, if I used the URL https://www.packtpub.com/index.html, the FQDN would still only be www.packtpub.com. It is only the data between the second and third / that forms the FQDN. I've used a URL in my example here, but we can and do use FQDNs in lots of different ways.
