So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Summary
Sammy Benson supervised Greater Downtown Bank’s Special Check Sorting Unit, which proc-
essed odd-sized, foreign, and damaged checks. His staff of three were semiskilled recent high-school
graduates. Sammy took on Juanita Perez one summer as part of the bank’s Community Upbeat
program. Juanita was hired and reported to the bank for a brief induction program. Sammy then
arrived, met Juanita for the fi rst time, and escorted her back to the department. After a quick tour
