So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The factor most impacting on profit, once the price has been set, is the degree of wasted food. Therefore, to encourage good behaviour, the restaurant has a second dimension to its pricing scale: wastage above a token amount on any plate is charged at £5 per 200gm. With a penalty for wasting food, diners tend to take small portions and refill with dishes they enjoy. Good behaviour is supported by the pricing structure.
