So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

6 Decide when to use individuals instead of teams.
Teamwork takes more time and often more resources than individual work. Teams have increased communication demands, conflicts to manage, and meetings to run. So, the benefits of using teams have to exceed the costs, and that’s not always possible.80
How do you know whether the work of your group would be better done in teams? You can apply three tests.81 First, can the work be done better by more than one person?
