About the Authors

Teri Gamble and Michael Gamble both have their Ph.D. degrees in Communication from New York University. They are award-winning educators, sales motivators, and trainers, as well as professional speakers. Teri and Mike own their own company—Interact Training Systems—and are the authors of books and articles on sales and communication. One of their books, Communication Works, is in its ninth edition.
