
206 – Manager-Determined Motivators
Purpose/Objectives: This exercise challenges participants to consider how
much influence managers can have on the motivation of
others. Participants first work individually to list all the
motivators they can think of that elicit their own high
performance and achievement on the job. Then,
working in small groups, they develop a composite list
and identify which of those motivators the manager can
