217 – I Want the Money
Purpose/Objectives: Decision making can be a difficult task, especially when
something of value is involved in the process. This activ-
ity is designed to demonstrate how decision making, if
not handled with all interests being considered, can
lead to conflict. It also demonstrates the various prob-
lem-solving styles of individuals. While a problem may
be solved on the surface, some problem solvers tend to
give in to maintain harmony, when in reality they are
still harboring some distrust. This concept should be
emphasized during the exercise.
