So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Value Chain Planner
The Value Chain Planner illustrates the links between the business outcomes and the behaviors required to achieve them, as well as the relationship between the learning activities and the requisite behaviors.
Use the drawing tools in Word, PowerPoint, or similar software to illustrate the hierarchical relationships in a chart like the one on the next page. Be sure that the learning activities include plans for all four phases of the learning process—from preparation to the recognition of achievement.
