I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
23.1. The Knowledge Lab Network
The idea for Smart Mentoring emerged from a change initiative we at the DIA undertook in 2004 to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. As part of this initiative, we decided to form a cross-agency network called the Knowledge Lab, designed to break through traditional silos, bring together multiple perspectives, and provide a safe space for experimentation. It was hoped that the lab would become a model of collaboration organizationwide.
