I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
11.1. Workshop Overview
The first half of the workshop was designed to help participants understand the new BizTech strategy and the specific role they would play in implementing it. We asked the executives who reported directly to Bill to take turns leading this part of the workshop to demonstrate that the entire management team supported the new strategy. Because some of these business leaders had been with BizTech for many years, their opinions carried more weight with long-term employees. Bill also wanted to give his direct reports experience in presenting the strategy to prepare them for future presentations they would make to clients and other stakeholders.
