It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Using Core Tasks or Pain Points as an Alternative Approach
In this chapter I chose to use the target users for the user experience innovation, but you may also try this same exercise using core tasks or pain points around the technology. You may get a few other ideas when approaching this exercise in other ways.
