Orchestrate Conflict

RCHESTRATING CONFLICT is a discipline. It requires seeing
the process as a necessary step in the journey toward a better
future, tolerating the moments your people are not working well
together, and believing that working through some rough patches will
help to solidify their collective effort and commitment.
For example, we have been working with a large school system
where the high school teachers say they want the majority of the
school’s graduates to go on to college. Currently, only small percent-
