I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Ronald Heifetz is the King Hussein bin Talal Senior Lecturer in Public
Leadership and Founding Director of the Center for Public Leadership
at Harvard Kennedy School. Recognized for his seminal work on both
the practice and teaching of leadership, his research focuses on build-
ing adaptive capacity in societies and organizations. He lectures and
consults in business, government, and nonprofit sectors around the
world.
Heifetz’s work is the subject of many articles and the book by Sharon
Daloz Parks, Leadership Can Be Taught. His groundbreaking book,
Leadership Without Easy Answers, has been reprinted thirteen times
and translated into many languages, and his courses on leadership have
