Testing it out
Try running the game. You may want to make sure you have a very easy course with a straight shot to the hole for this part. You should see the arrow rotating at the ball's position. When you click the mouse button, the arrow stops, and the power bar starts moving up and down. When you click a second time, the ball is launched.
If any of those steps don't work, don't go any further, but stop and go back to try and find what you missed.
Once everything is working, you'll notice some areas that need improvement. First, when the ball stops moving the arrow may not point in the direction you want. The reason for this is that the starting angle is always 0, which points along the z axis, and then the arrow swings +/- 90 degrees from ...
