Among the subtlest ways to create a professional image in this electronic age of communications is to create a signature block, including the company logo, contact information, and your title. You set this up once in your e-mail program and then can include it or not, depending on the message and its intended recipient. In addition to providing you with a more professional image, it is a big time-saver in that you do not have to retype your personal information a hundred times a day.
Here are two examples of signature blocks, although yours would not have a border around them on your e-mails.
