Putting It All Together
Like Scrum itself, ADAPTing to Scrum is iterative. It begins when some in the organization develop an awareness that the current way of working is no longer producing acceptable results. As awareness spreads, some individuals develop the desire to try Scrum in an attempt to improve the situation. Through trial-and-error, these early adopters within the organization develop the ability to be successful with Scrum. A new status quo may emerge with a small number of teams successfully using Scrum within a broader organization that does not.
