I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Help everyone understand their relevance to the goal
No one wants to feel superfluous or that they are making only ancillary contributions to a project. It is difficult for team members to fully engage and commit to a project’s goals if they do not feel their contributions are significant. Product owners are an obvious source for helping everyone feel important and relevant to the goal, but relevance-boosting comments can come from anyone on the team.
