Choosing Your Approach
There are two driving factors in choosing among these three patterns for spreading Scrum: How quickly do we need to spread Scrum to additional teams, and do we have good internal coaches who can assist the new teams? The answers to these questions will be key to helping you choose the pattern that best fits your organization.
