Tools for Developing Ability
In most organizations, developing the ability to become agile (and then becoming good at it) will take longer than building awareness or creating desire. Fortunately, there are many good tools for developing ability, including the following:
Provide coaching and training. Scrum is sufficiently different from traditional software development in that training along with on-site coaching or mentoring is usually required.
