Scrum of Scrums
The scrum of scrums is used by multiple teams to coordinate their work. It involves one representative of each team participating in a meeting, usually two or three times a week. The reduced frequency of this meeting makes it less troublesome to replicate with a distributed team. This meeting is almost always an hour or less; therefore, a distributed team with any overlap to its workday at all will be able to easily schedule a scrum of scrums meeting.
