So far, in the chapters that make up the initial section of the book, we’ve discussed why transitioning to Scrum is hard, but worth it. We’ve talked about the activities that accompany change and some tools you can use to help people make the switch to Scrum. We’ve discussed patterns for adoption that can guide our general approach to transitioning to Scrum. Finally, we’ve looked at how to combine all of that information, and the Scrum process itself, and use it to manage a Scrum adoption, on any scale.
