Regardless of whether you upload just the X3D file or a ZIP file, I highly recommend you check the preview renders from the 3D Printing Service Bureau. Blender uses RGB colors, where the colors are defined by a combination of red, green, and blue values. The industrial 3D Printers use CMYK, a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. RGB is device-specific so what looks good on your screen may not look the same in a non-device specific, color scheme such as CMYK. If the preview looks off when you upload it, that is an indication your colors may need to be adjusted:
