It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Adding an Array Modifier
To change this single brick to an entire wall of bricks, we are going to use a tool called the Array Modifier. The Array Modifier can take a single object and make a repeating pattern:

Like the Mirror Modifier and the Boolean Modifier, Blender gives you a series of settings that can impact the behavior. The Array Modifier is quite powerful and has the ability to make complex patterns, even adding rotation and scaling into the mix. Today, we are going to only concentrate on a handful of properties.
