Behind the scenes, the X3D file is just a text document with all the information about your model within. One part of that document lists any related image files:

The 3D Printing Service Bureau is going to need that image to know how to color your model. As a result, instead of uploading a STL file or X3D file, we will want to upload a ZIP that contains both the model (the X3D file) and the texture (the PNG file).
