So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Flattening the base
By default, the cross-section of the wrist is going to be rounded like everything else. In Chapter 12, Making Organic Shapes with the Subdivision Surface Modifier, I decided I would like that to be the base of my print. It is best if I flatten out that section:
The rounded wrist is not going to be a good base for the print.
