So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Getting Instant Help for a Tool or Command (for ArcGIS Desktop version 10.1)
As you have seen previously, when you “mouse over” a tool, icon, or command you get a description from a ToolTip. In version 10.1 this capability substitutes for the What’s This tool, which is no longer available.
