アーキテクチャパターンと意思決定
セキュリティアーキテクトとして、白紙からセキュリティアーキテクチャを作成することはほとんど
ないでしょう。あるとすれば、非常に例外的です。幸いなことに、必要なセキュリティアーキテクチャ
を作成・更新する際、再利用できる情報源が多数存在します。最も必要とされる成果物のひとつは、
セキュリティ関連のアーキテクチャパターンです。これらのパターンは、セキュリティアーキテクチャ
を作成する際のきっかけとなります。このようなパターンを活用することで、貴重な時間を節約できま
すし、過去にテストされ、実績があるため、そのパターンが期待される機能を提供するという安心感も
得られます。
本章では、まず「パターン」という言葉そのものについて詳しく見ていきます。「パターン」という用
