役割
これは、キーで示されるプロセスステップを実行する役割の番号です。
ID
IDは、スイムレーン図で利用されるプロセスステップの番号です。IDはマトリックス上で縦
横両方に表示されます。
リスクマトリックス
表の中央には、7×7のマトリックスがあり、ある役割がどのようなプロセスステップを一緒
に実行できるか／できないかを示しています。あるプロセスステップの組み合わせが高リス
ク で あ る 場 合 、「 X」は同じ役割が一緒に実行してはならないアクティビティの組み合わせを示
します（MUST要 件 ）。「 *」は、その組み合わせが低リスクであることを示し、同じ役割は避
けるべき組み合わせです（SHOULD要件）。言い換えれば、致命的な問題ではないため、他
の選択肢がない場合、その役割は組み合わせを実行できます。チェックマークは、同じ人が
実行できる活動の組み合わせを表します。
