RAID
RAIDログは、リスク、前提条件、問題、依存関係を追跡するためのプロジェクト管理ツールです。
RAIDログは、プロジェクトのライフサイクルを通じて、これらの要素を管理するための体系的なアプ
ローチを提供します。RAIDログを定期的に更新し、レビューすることで、プロジェクトチームは潜在
的な障害を特定し、積極的にリスク低減策を講じ、必要な依存関係がすべて含まれていることを確認
できます。これは、プロジェクトの効率を向上させ、不測の事態を減らし、全体的なプロジェクトの成
功を高めるのに役立ちます。
