So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Creative solutions are needed in our current climate—problems are increasingly complex yet resources are limited. Since considerable problem solving occurs in group settings, this chapter explores the process of creative problem solving, ways in which creativity can be encouraged, and strategies to use to stimulate creativity.
