All essential agendas and supporting materials have been distributed. You’ve organized the session including technology to be used, materials, supplies, and room logistics. As far as possible, you’ve arranged the room with an eye on the message it delivers as well as its functionality. What’s left is the session itself. Here are some suggestions for getting off to a good start.
Arrive early. This allows you to make adjustments to the room, organize your materials, relax, and be ready to greet people.
