Presentation and Description of Framework

Facilitators pull all this together and help groups manage task and relationship/climate issues. The following Framework for Facilitation presented in Figure 3-1 combines the elements that I believe are most relevant for the type of facilitation described in this book. Communication, task, and relationships and climate form the center of the circle. The elements of organization and planning, values and ethics, conflict, creativity, and techniques appear in the outer circle.
