SUS (System Usability Scale)

Usability is hard to measureor at least quantitatively. A usability test with actual users of the product can quickly point you to tasks where people are having more difficulty in your product, but it still cannot indicate how big the usability problem is, on a numerical scale.

This is where numerical scales of usability come in, such as the SUS, the SUMI (Software Usability Measurement Inventory), the SUIZ-Q (Standardized User Experience Percentile Rank Questionnaire), and QUIS (Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction)among others.
