Step 6—Develop the narrative

Personas tell stories and thus become more convincing. A list of items do not convey what we want as well as narrative. Include a few personal details. They are small things that do not affect the product design: where did college, hobbies, and so on. One or two personal details are sufficientmany can divert their attention from the important behavioral data that the person must represent. Some tips on how to do the narrative:

  • List items and group those that are related;
  • Turn each group into one paragraph;
  • Add the personality last;
  • Quotes are also cool to use.
