Sample users

Find participants who actually represent the users of your app or site. You must have your user persona chosen and ready to act. Choose users from these target groups with the help of user testing tools or your own resources. The key at this stage is the size of your test sample; you may think it is wise to do usability testing on as large a sample as possible in one go. The more users you use, the more flaws you'll get, right?

According to usability guru Jakob Nielsen, the best results are by testing atleast 5 users and running as small as you can afford.
