Creating documentation

As part of the communication job, you have to create documentation with the dev and design team that will actually implement the results. It is important to create clear documents in order to let them easily understand what has to be done. As a good practice, you may want to organize a presentation for them and let them ask questions and interact with you.

It is also important to be available for them to ask you anything while they are designing and coding the implementation.
