Little to explain, right? It is closely related to the average session time, but it still speaks to us more about the level of user interaction. In blogs and content sites, the average number of pages/sessions can speak directly of the success of the website: how many more pages per session—more attraction—is caused in the readers/consumers/users. If it is high, it is more likely they will become recurring users.
In online stores, the number of pages per session can help us to know how quickly and easily users find the product they are looking for. It can also help us explain the average ticket for our sales, as well as elaborate cross-selling strategies.
