HA stateful switchover

In the deployments previously discussed, the services will switch over to the backup WLC if the primary or active WLC fails. However, the clients connected to the APs will be disconnected and have to be authenticated again before getting connected once the WLC switchover happens, as there is no synchronization of the state between the WLCs and they work independently of each other. In the HA stateful mode, two WLCs are connected through an onboard redundancy port and they synchronize the working state over this link.
