Application hierarchy

We build the network to support the applications, and hence it is important to understand the application requirements from the underlying network infrastructure so that the network can deliver what is being asked if it. While we will not go too deep within the applications, it is important to understand the traffic flows between various applications as they relate to the network and the traffic they generate on the network.
