How Do You Build the Lab?
Although the details of the project determine the specifics of exactly what will be in the prototype lab, certain common elements are required. The migration document should clearly outline the components of the lab and which applications and processes should be tested. A typical environment consists of the primary Windows Server 2012 server required for the implementation and network switches, sample workstations, and printers from the production environment. Connectivity to the outside world should be available for testing purposes.
