When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Windows Server 2012 Data Volume Recovery
When a data volume on a Windows Server 2012 system has failed and needs to be restored using Windows Server Backup, follow these steps:
1. Log on to the Windows Server 2012 system with an account with administrator privileges and open Server Manager from the taskbar.
2. From the Tools menu, select Windows Server Backup.
3. When the Windows Server Backup window opens, select Local Backup in the tree pane.
4. Click Recover from the actions pane.
5. On the Getting Started page, select either to restore data previously backed up from the local computer or a different computer. For this example, select This Server (Servername), and click Next to continue.
