I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Other Microsoft Assessment and Planning Tools
Several other products and tools are available from Microsoft to assist with proper capacity analysis and performance monitoring. Some of these tools are available for purchase separately or can be downloaded for free. Selecting the right tool or product depends on the goal you are trying to accomplish. For example, you should use the Windows System Resource Manager (WSRM) if you want to implement thresholds for the amount of resources an application or process is allowed to consume, and System Center Operations Manager might be deployed if you want to be notified when critical processes behave abnormally on production servers.
