I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Improvements in the functionality and reliability of AD DS are of key importance to the development team at Microsoft. It is, therefore, no small surprise that Windows Server 2012 introduces improvements in AD DS. From the ability to create DCs from virtual machine templates, to the ability to have multiple password policies in a domain to improvements in DC deployment with the RODC role, the changes made to the structure of AD DS warrant a closer look.
