So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
The separation of the directory model from the replication model in Windows Server 2012 AD DS allows domain designers to have full flexibility when designing replication topology and enables them to focus on replication efficiency. In addition, several features in Windows Server 2012, such as virtual DC cloning, RODCs, IPv6 support, universal group caching, and install from media DC promotion, give the replication topology an even greater edge and allow for the realization of improved replication times and reduced bandwidth.
