It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Server Manager File and Storage Services
In Windows Server 2012, the preferred method for managing server roles and features has moved primarily to the PowerShell, but for GUI management Server Manager is the console to leverage. For file and storage management, Server Manager has integrated the management of storage pools, windows disks, virtual disks, ISCSI, and shares into one central location.
