So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Exploring DHCP
Understanding how DHCP works is an important part of a network administrator’s list of skills. In today’s networks, the DHCP service is used by workstations, some servers, Preboot Execution Environment (PXE) network boot clients, printers, mobile devices such as a smartphone or tablet, IP-based phones and data scanners. Some Windows Server 2012 services, such as the Windows Deployment Server role services interact and depend on DHCP to properly function.
