It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Managing Windows Server 2012 Disks
Disks in Windows Server 2012 can be managed using a few different tools included with the operating system. Most disk-related tasks can be performed using the Disk management console, the Server Manager, PowerShell, or the diskpart.exe command-line utility. Windows Server 2012 introduces several new disk management PowerShell cmdlets which was not an option in previous versions.
