I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Features in Windows Server 2012
In addition to the roles and role services, Windows Server 2012 also has the ability to add features. Features are typically supporting components that are independent of the server role but might provide support for a role or role service. For example, a domain controller is configured with the Active Directory Domain Services role. However, in some organizations, the domain controller will also serve as a Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS) server. WINS is a feature in Windows Server 2012.
